Clear scope.
Clear obligations.
ShipVRA is operated by PastePile Labs LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. PastePile Labs LLC is the merchant of record for purchases of ShipVRA services.
Purchase terms
The Full Shipvra Report is a one-time digital purchase priced at $49 USD. Digital analysis begins after the purchase prerequisites are satisfied, including a completed public scan of the submitted application. Delivery is digital: the report is made available inside the workspace used for purchase and a transactional confirmation is sent to the email address on the purchase.
The report identifies findings observable within ShipVRA's current scan methodology, provides sanitized evidence and remediation guidance, and records the tested scope and limitations. Public scanning cannot prove authenticated or business behavior unless that behavior is separately executed. The report is not a security certification and does not guarantee that every vulnerability or defect has been identified or that an application is safe or production-ready.
Repair, verification and higher-touch services listed on the pricing page are planned; they are not available for purchase until the delivery for each service is validated.
Refund policy
Full Launch Report purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been successfully generated and made available to the customer, because ShipVRA begins performing the purchased digital service immediately.
ShipVRA will provide a full refund for:
- duplicate charges;
- incorrect charges;
- a technical failure that prevents the purchased report from being generated; and
- a technical failure that prevents the customer from accessing the purchased report when ShipVRA is unable to resolve the issue.
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase by contacting support@shipvra.com and providing:
- the email address used for the purchase; and
- the applicable order or receipt reference.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Stripe executes approved refunds; PastePile Labs LLC, operating ShipVRA, determines merchant refund eligibility.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is already pending for a charge, ShipVRA will not process a separate refund for that same transaction while the dispute remains open.
A customer's disagreement with a finding, score, recommendation, remediation suggestion or technical assessment does not by itself make a successfully generated and delivered report refundable.
Retention policy
ShipVRA retains workspace, application, scan, inspection, report and related customer data while the customer's workspace remains active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service.
When a customer requests workspace deletion, eligible customer workspace data is removed from active ShipVRA systems within 30 days. Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 additional days before normal backup expiration or rotation.
Payment, order, refund, dispute, accounting, fraud-prevention, security and related audit records may be retained for up to 7 years when reasonably necessary for financial records, tax records, legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security investigations and dispute resolution.
Data independently retained by third-party providers (including, as applicable, Stripe, GitHub, Vercel, Supabase and the transactional email provider) remains subject to their respective policies. ShipVRA does not represent that third-party data has been deleted unless it actually initiated or verified that deletion.

Support for purchases, delivery, refunds and workspace administration is available at support@shipvra.com. Written correspondence may be sent to the principal office listed on the Privacy page.
